Water at the dispenser may come from ice that melted in the chute rather than from the water valve. Remove loose ice residue and dry the chute. Confirm the ice bucket is seated as the manual shows and that its gasket sits flush.
Warm air entering through a poor seal can melt ice and create recurring drips. Do not chip ice with a knife or metal tool, and do not pour hot water into the chute.
Special installation clues
Samsung notes that certain RS27T and RS22T models use two water lines; crossed connections can swap water and ice behavior. If one function activates the other or dispensing seems reversed after installation, stop and have the lines corrected.
